January 2005 - LX Data Systems signs deal with RealTech Partners to sell and market EZtrack
LX Data Systems, a provider of real estate software and services, announces the signing of a partnership agreement with RealTech Partners to provide sales and marketing services for EZtrack products. RealTech will become the primary sales force for all EZtrack products and, with significant experience in the national marketplace, is expected to provide a significant boost to the market presence of EZtrack.

December 2004 - LX Data Systems created to launch EZtrack to National Market
EZtrack forms LX Data Systems, a new company created to formally take EZtrack to the national marketplace. EZtrack is a suite of real estate applications developed in-house to initially better serve LAI customers, but already in use by several customers nationally.

February 2004 - EZtrack Corporate released
EZtrack announces the release of EZtrack Corporate which extends the corporate tenant lease management capabilities of EZtrack Broker by allowing corporations to use EZtrack directly and share real-time information online, securely with multiple brokers.

May 2003 - EZtrack Office adds Marketplace feature
EZtrack Office, a building management reporting tool, has added a new Marketplace feature that makes available space in the building publicly available on the web with maps, marketing sheets, advanced search capability and more. It is now possible for leasing agents and property managers to automatically provide information on availability.

October 2002 - EZtrack a CORE Network sponsor
EZtrack has signed on as a sponsor of the annual CORE Network meeting and on Saturday, October 5th, will provide a presentation on the benefits of EZtrack to the group at the meeting in Boulder, Colorado.

March 2002 - EZtrack Broker released
Effective March 1, after several months of internal testing, EZtrack Broker has been formally released to the Broker community. EZtrack Broker enables a corporate tenant broker to provide lease management and tracking capabilities for a portfolio of leases to multiple clients simultaneously with secure, web access for the clients.

Lamoureux Associates now provides EZtrack Office as a benefit for customers. EZtrack Office provides building managers with a tool for viewing floorplans, control books, janitorial reports and database reports from a secure system via the World Wide Web.
